Welcome to Nicole Dahl Massage Therapy

If you're looking to reduce muscle tension and pain, improve posture, decrease stress or simply relax, i'm here to help.

Massage Therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. A therapeutic effect on the body is felt as the muscular, nervous, immune and circulatory systems are activated. Whether you're looking for rehabilitation from an injury, general wellness maintenance or to pamper yourself, I will develop a massage treatment plan that will specifically fit your requirements.

I studied massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, and after graduating in 2011 promptly qualified as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Every body is different and therefore important to approach each treatment uniquely. I have had a lot of success decreasing pain and releasing restrictions by addressing fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds structures such as muscles, joints and organs) using a combination of NISA and Swedish techniques. Other techniques that I incorporate into a treatment or use as a stand alone therapy include Manual Lymph Drainage, Reflexology, Thai massage, and Craniosacral.

I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
